    You asked me to post why a 5 stars ⭐️; and it’s simply how certain staff members made us feel! Your staff; especially security and restaurant staff were amazing and super KIND! Made sure we had everything we needed or could want, even though we never asked for anything! No one does that anymore. And a person will NEVER FORGET how you make them feel, whether they made you feel good or bad. That’s why I will ALWAYS remember your Casino and those certain employees 😉! They made us feel good!

    Casino is fine other than the smoke smell that beats you in the face as you enter. This review score is based on our last experience at Wood Fire Grill. Let me start by saying we have had many great experiences in the past at WFG but the last one may have us stray away for awhile. The shrimp appetizer was overcooked and had a greasy taste. The salads were great but the entrees were not at par with the price point. The service was awful and what spurred me to this review. Everything started out good and our server was pleasant and attentive. But as we were brought our entrees the server received a 14 person table and we were completely ignored then after. The table of 6 next to us ordered as we received our entrees and finished and paid before we were asked if we wanted dessert. We sat for a long time trying to get our servers attention. If we would have been given eye contact or a "be right with you" it would have made a world of difference in our experience.

    I just go to the buffet. It was a great note of prime rib. Service is great food is very good. Enjoy your stop.

    Friendly place. I enjoy myself no matter what. They'll get 5 stars when I walk out with money again. 😂😂😂

    I went in with $5 and in total won well over $300. Their claim of having a 90.4% payout rate was pretty accurate... The staff isn't friendly at all, the only one that actually smiled back was the server and I approached approximately 10 different employees since it was my first time there.
